Packaging
This project's goal was to create book covers for a series of three books b the same author. I chose Gary Paulsen's hatchet series because of it's dynamic and exciting survival content that I thought would translate well into illustrated book covers.
For this project, I wanted to keep the illustrations simple while carrying the action through to the viewer. In each cover there is a red tool that helps the protagonist in that story. This further increases intrigue in the series because people will want to see how the highlighted tool is used.
